FAITH-BASED CONSULTANCY
CHURCH AT THE MARGINS
John Stott in his seminal work, 'Issues Facing Christianity Today' speaks to the work God has called the church to address both internally and externally. We walk alongside Churches and other FBOs to help with strategic planning and development. We are big on the contexual application of Scriptures and expect all church situation to be unique. Consequently we partner with decision-makers in discovering and implementing their solutions.

THEOLOGY OF WORK
As part of the church in community concept and the church being an agent of change, we work to encourage the faith community to understand its purpose and role in the larger scheme of God's plan and life in the society. We see maintaining the spiritual dimension to work as an integral part of change influencing and God realizing God's missional endeavour through the whole church.
The Lausanne Covenant, substantially crafted by John Stott, includes the phrase, ‘evangelization requires the whole church to take the whole gospel to the whole world’. External pressure, greater diversity in the workforce and, in many cases, the loss of explicit support from founding religious groups can make this task seem gigantic. However if our work is worship and our work speaks excellence it will fulfi; the Matthain Command of Jesus which states “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven" (Matt 5:16).

TRAINING. FASCILITATION. CONVERSATION.
For groups both large and small, we have a number of suitably trained and experienced facilitators in Grenada and across the Caribbean at our disposal, with previous experience including facilitating large conferences of over a hundred delegates; longer-term strategic development initiatives, as well as countless examples of small group work.
Finding Local Solutions
Recent research has highlights several issues, which requires a different approach to church in the context of sustainability. Several denominations and cultral pratices will need help shifting to accomoate for these positive outcome. We work to address assumptions about authority and legitimacy and find biblical solutions working with local congregations to solving their contextual issues.

FACILITATORS' EMPOWERMENT
Sine 2008 I have been developing locall leaders via different ministries including the Grenada Insutute for Theological Education (GITE). In every Christian denomination there is increasing interest in developing small groups within local Churches – some for the sharing and nurturing of faith, others for planning and decision-making. Small groups gathered for all kinds of religious purposes can be ‘life-giving.’ To make this true, they need emporment and skills enhacement. Experience suggests that their value is highly dependent on how they are facilitated. We will design and deliver training processes appropriate to the needs and aspirations of different groups.
