What should you know?
» Firstly, the family of the deceased contacts the pastor/spiritual to announce the death of the family/friend/loved ones;
» Secondly, the family makes arrangement for the service or memorial;
» Thirdly, the Minister prepares the Order of Service in consultation with the family;

» Firstly, the family of the deceased contacts the pastor/spiritual to announce the death of the family/friend/loved ones;
» Secondly, the family makes arrangement for the service or memorial;
» Thirdly, the Minister prepares the Order of Service in consultation with the family;
- The parties should discuss time, content, and participation in the service as early as possible;
- The funeral service is a Service of Worship;
- The mourners should be assembled well in advance and be invited to stand;
- The Minister shall read selected Scripture passages.
PASTORAL COUNSELLING
Pastoral counseling refers to guidance and counsel offered by religious leaders (e.g., priests, rabbis, imams, gurus, etc.). My degrees and qualifications are in theology, theological studies, ministerial studies and communication. All my degrees have core counselling componets

FEES
Fees for performing ifunerals and memoerial services are normal. Those who are so moved can also give the church a small donation, if the church does not offcially changes a fee.

- Fee/Donation to the pastor performing rites runs from $100 USD upwards;
- Churches usually charge a small fee for thei use of their facilities;
- The musicians fees are seperate;
- While fees for muscians are encouraged, iit is not mandatory to have musicians.

- Recireve the Certificate of Death;
- Sign and return Certificate of Death to the family.
