PROFESSIOAL Services

BIBLICAL COUNSELLING
Biblical counseling is a type of faith-based counseling that is more common among conservative Christian religions. I adhere to the belief that biblical knowledge is necessary and sometimes all that is requires to counsel some Christians or faith adherents.
PASTORAL COUNSELLING
Pastoral counseling refers to guidance and counsel offered by religious leaders (e.g., priests, rabbis, imams, gurus, etc.). My degrees and qualifications are in theology, theological studies, ministerial studies and communication. All my degrees has core counselling componets.
OTHER OFFCIATING
Blessing of a new home; Blessing of a new business entity and Vehicle;
FEES
Fees for biblical and pastoral counselling in Grenada is not a mainstay cultural pratice. Couples/families and people so moved can make a small donation to the church in gratitude for this service provided.  Fees for the blessings and dedication of new homes, buildings, business and vehicles  are not usually charged either. However, if a Minister travels from one end of the island to do any of these services, the recipients should give the Minister a donation towards fuel lfor his/her vehicle.
FEEDBACK TO MANAGER
Based on anonymous questionnaires team members prepared positive and constructive feedback for their managers. During an open dialogue, everyone shared their experiences and at the end they formulated agreements for the coming year. The agreements included things that managers should keep on doing because they have had a positive effect on everyone’s performance, and things that could be improved. The whole exercise and experience is often insightful.
TRANSFORMATIVE SCENARIO PLANNING
Strategic Conversations

The future is uncertain and may develop in fundamentally different ways. Some of these “possible futures” may provide unexpected possibilities. This insight has caused parties in extremely polarized to get out of their trenches and start building a peaceful future together.
SALT collaborates with scenario planners to help solve complex problems and breaking deadlocks within social communities.

What is scenario planning?
Participants in a scenario process together identify several “possible futures” (scenarios). Subsequently, they ask themselves what actions they can take (options) and what effect these actions would have in the different scenarios.
Why it works
Building and discussing scenarios allows for open reflection on the future and sharing of new insights with other parties. This enhances understanding for each other’s problems and desires, creative breakthroughs and even forgiveness for nearly unforgivable actions in the past. A breakthrough because it takes on one of the greatest challenges of our time: finding a way to solve the problems we have created.
Process and method
Scenario planning is a thoroughly designed process, that encompasses several sessions and may take up months. The process generally comprises the following steps:
  • Preparation (stakeholder interviews to identify the main issue)
  • Composing the scenario team (including direct stakeholders and external experts)
  • First workshop – Formulating the scenario agenda, key question, ‘the system’, biggest uncertainties leading to the first generation scenarios
  • Creating a second generation of scenarios
  • Second Workshop – Discussing  and adjusting the second generation scenarios
  • Third workshop – Implications and challenges of the scenarios; developing options
  • Step 7: Follow-up
DIALOGUE
Dialogue is needed to achieve meaningful interaction and useful action, especially in complex social situations.
WHAT IS DIALOGUE ANYWAY?
Dialogue is having a conversation whereby the participants aim to share and supplement their perceptions on important issues. the participants have the intention to:
  • see the whole beyond the part instead of subdividing a problem into pieces
  • seek the connection between the part instead of distinguishing the parts
  • question assumptions instead of justifying and defending them
  • learn by exploring instead of convincing and selling
  • find a shared meaning instead of seeking agreement on one meaning

What to look for?
Dialogue encourages the participants to “open up” the topics of conversation, much like opening a box, in order to broaden the conversation. This will create a multitude of perspectives, opinions and answers; which allows the group to choose the best. The idea is that the quality of cooperation, decisions and results is strongly affected by the way we talk about them.
Are you interested in starting and maintaining a dialogue?
FEES
Dialogue, Feedback to Manager and Scenari Planning and so on are high-end services that require months of planning. Fees for Dialogue, Feedback to Manager and Scenari Planning, can vary a lot based on several factors. These factors include:
  • Whether local or foreign entities;
  • Affordability of clients;
  • The nature of the services provided;
  • Mode of delivery-online or face to face;
  • Venue;
  • And tso on.
My philosophy is to use the purchasing power parity (PPP) exchange rate—the rate at which the currency of one country would have to be converted into that of another country to buy the same amount of goods and services in each country. Consequently based on where a company/organsation is based, this igreatly influences the cost of these services.
MISSION:  Challenging Narratives; Bettering People + Orgs
VISION: To be an intellectually astute, ethically sound and contextually relevant Minister of the Gospel and Transformative National Leader.
